I specialize in regional Indian cuisine. An alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bombay, I have been a Chef Instructor at Institute of Hotel Management, Bombay, l’École hôtelière, Mauritius and Training and Culinary Development Chef for Swiss owned and managed chain of hotels, African Safari Club in Kenya. I have been training culinary enthusiasts and professionals for over 20 years.
I am passionate about the cuisine of India and through various workshops and classes I conduct, I aim to simplify this rather complex cuisine for commercial or home kitchens.
